El mundo del futbol se unió para despedir a la leyenda del boxeo Mohamed Ali, quien falleció el viernes por la noche en un hospital de la ciudad de Phoenix. Jugadores, equipos y exfutbolistas expresaron sus condolencias a través de Twitter.
Ali, quien fuera considerado el más grande peleador de todos los tiempos y ser tricampeón mundial de la categoría de peso completo pereció debido al mal de Parkinson del que padeció desde hace 32 años.
El excampeón de peso pesado e icono social murió a los 74 años de edad por problemas respiratorios, de acuerdo a un comunicado ofrecido por el portavoz oficial de la familia.
